POLICIES
We are excited to see you at CSF! The following polices help ensure a safe and successful event for everyone in attendance.

Attendees must respect commonsense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing, offensive language, and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Chicago Stationery Fest reserves the right to revoke, without refund, the ticket of any attendee not in compliance with this policy.

All attendees must have their own ticket to enter the venue. Attendees must be 13 years of age or older. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. You may be asked to provide proof of age.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for Chicago Stationery Fest.

Only certified and clearly marked service animals are allowed. If your service animal is not wearing any kind of ID identifying them as a service animal, you may be stopped by event staff or venue security.

No food allowed. There is no eating space inside the venue and no food on site.
Plastic or reusable water bottles are allowed. Bottled drinks, coffee, and tea are also permitted. Please be mindful of vendors and their products on display.
A cash bar is available offering a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.

For safety reasons, no carts, trolleys, rolling luggage, or strollers are allowed. Attendees found with these items will be asked to leave.

Retail sales are strictly limited to the vendors in The Marketplace. In addition, there is no solicitation of tips, fees, or donations for any reason, unless you have a table or official space allocated by Chicago Stationery Fest.

Selfie sticks, GoPro poles, stilts, or any device that extends your camera or phone away from your hand or body are not allowed. If you’re seen with one of these devices, you will be asked by event staff to put it away.

By order of the fire marshal, sitting in The Marketplace aisles is not allowed. A seating area is available near the venue bar.

Artifact Events is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed at Chicago Stationery Fest at any time and in any location. No smoking at Chicago Stationery Fest includes traditional cigarettes, any vaping products or devices (e.g., “vape pens”), E-cigarettes, pipes, and cigars.

AI generated artwork is NOT allowed to be sold or displayed at Chicago Stationery Fest. No products offered for sale or items distributed to attendees may be made using generative AI. We do not allow vendors to be part of our event who use generative AI to create products for their brands.
