Vendors accept a variety of payment methods including cash, credit, tap to pay, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Each vendor selects their own payment method. We recommend having a variety of payment options on hand to facilitate quick transactions.
What changes are you making from CSF 2025?
We have relocated Chicago Stationery Fest to a larger venue in 2026, nearly doubling the footprint of the event and allowing us more space for vendors and attendees. Additionally, we have streamlined our programming to focus solely on The Marketplace experience for CSF 2026. Lastly, we are utilizing a new ticketing platform for CSF 2026 making it easier for attendees to access their tickets.
Will I have to wait in line?
Possibly! Chicago Stationery Fest is a popular event with high demand and turnout — that means attendees may have to wait in line to enter the venue or, once inside the venue, to shop with certain vendors.
As with any event with large crowds (like concerts and sporting events), checking guests in takes time. Our staff will work through the entry line in order of arrival and assist guests with check-in. Venue capacity and attendee flow dictate how quickly our team can allow you to enter.
We do not allow attendees to line up outside of the venue more than 1 hour before their entry time or doors open. Attendees may not wait overnight. Our event team will check in attendees in their order of arrival. If you arrive more than 1 hour before your entry time or doors open, you will be asked to leave.
YOU CAN HELP! Please have your ticket QR code READY TO SCAN while waiting in line, so our team can quickly verify your access.
