Ticket Terms and Conditions for Chicago Stationery Fest (the “Event”)

Tickets are FINAL SALE. Tickets are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

All ticket sales are governed by the below Ticket Terms & Conditions.

  • This ticket is a revocable license that grants only the ticketholder entry to Chicago Stationery Fest 2026.

  • Dates, times and/or location of the Event are subject to change or cancellation.

  • All attendees must have a ticket to enter.

  • All attendees must be 13 or older.

  • Attendees ages 13-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • You may not resell or transfer your ticket.

  • Attendee wristbands and lanyards are non-transferable and must be worn by attendee at all times while inside Event venue.

  • Holders of Timed Entry Tickets may enter the venue only once during the time printed on their ticket and must leave the venue at the end of their Ticketed Entry Time.

  • Holders of Timed Entry Tickets may not leave and re-enter the venue.

  • Attendee materials and VIP gifts including the event guide, lanyard, wristband, and VIP gift bags must be picked up in person and will not be mailed or delivered.

  • Capacity in the event venue is limited; therefore, you may have to wait to enter the venue and wait for certain vendors, activations, and experiences.

  • Vendor attendance is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

  • By purchasing a ticket you consent to allow our security team to search you and your belongings upon entry to the venue.

  • The holder of the ticket grants Chicago Stationery Fest/Paper and Pencil, LLC the right to use their image/likeness as captured on film, video, or any other electronic medium being utilized at the event, and further understands that such images will likely be used to promote future events.

  • Chicago Stationery Fest/Paper and Pencil, LLC reserves the right to cancel your registration at any time and for any reason.

  • Chicago Stationery Fest/Paper and Pencil, LLC reserves the right to refuse entrance or remove any ticket holder from the venue, for any reason.

  • Chicago Stationery Fest/Paper and Pencil, LLC does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue.

  • Chicago Stationery Fest/Paper and Pencil, LLC reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any notification to you.

Holder’s Assumption of Risk

Each holder (individually, a “Holder” and collectively, “Holders”) of a valid ticket or other authorized means of entry (a “Ticket”) to the Event assumes all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property at the Event.

Holder’s Release and Authorization

Holder hereby: (1) releases the Event and Paper and Pencil, LLC (“Management”), the venue where the Event is being held (the “Venue”), each of their respective affiliates, employees, volunteers, and agents, and such other parties as Management advises as additional insureds, in its sole discretion, from any and all liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claims or courses of action of any kind arising from or relating to Holder’s attendance of, and/or participation in, the Event; (2) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the Event; and (3) acknowledges and agrees that the Event and Management are not responsible for lost or stolen Tickets or personal property.

No Disruptive Behavior

The Event and Management reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the Event any person who in their sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which Management reasonably considers to be disruptive of the Event.

Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees for the Event are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced or resold. The Event and Management reserve the right to cancel the Event on limited or no notice, and in the event of such cancellation, Holder will not be entitled to a refund for any and all expenses associated with registration.
